PEACH SQUARES 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. butter (softened)

PEACH BATTER:

4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. peaches, pureed
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch

Combine ingredients for crust. Cut in butter until well blended. Press dough evenly into a 15x10x1 (jelly roll) pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Combine peach batter ingredients. Pour over hot crust. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes. Cut into small squares. Cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
