12 tbsp. catsup 6 tbsp. A-1 sauce 6 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 6 tbsp. vinegar 2 med. size onions, sliced Mix ingredients with 1/2 cup water. Trim fat off spareribs. Brown after they have been shaken in bag of flour. Line roasting pan, spread onions and sauces over top. Marinate overnight or couple of hours. Bake 2 hours in 350 degree oven, covered. Enough for 4 to 5 pounds of ribs. |
