PEANUT CANDY | |
1 c. parched peanuts, husked 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 1 tbsp. vinegar Grind peanuts with fine plate in food chopper. Mix sugar, water and vinegar in skillet and cook over medium heat until mixture spins a thread. Cool 1 minute more and mix peanuts in sugar mixture. Stir quickly and pour into square 9 x 9 inch greased pan. Cut into square before completely cold. |
