2 cans of crabmeat (6 oz) 1/2 small onion chopped 3 tbsp. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. mustard 1 egg slightly beaten 4 tbsp. mayonnaise Heat a little olive oil or peanut oil in skillet and heat. Combine above ingredients in bowl. Make patties. Roll in flour and brown both sides. It helps to keep hands moist while making the patties. For a change in flavor, you can add 1/4 tsp. curry powder, 1/8 tsp. turmeric and 1/2 tsp cumin. Makes 4 servings. |
