APRICOT CREAM MOLD 
1 (1 lb.) can apricot halves
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 1/4 c. cold ginger ale
1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Drain apricots, reserving 1 cup syrup. Dissolve one package orange gelatin in boiling syrup. Cool. Gradually add to salad dressing, mixing until blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 2 quart mold. Chill until almost set.

Dissolve orange and lemon gelatin in boiling water; add ginger ale. Chill until partially set. Fold in apricots and almonds. Pour over molded layer. Chill until firm. Garnish with more apricots if desired.
