1/3 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1 onion, minced

Whisk together all ingredients. Toss in potatoes and steak. Serve with steak and potato salad.
