HIDDEN VALLEY® SALAD 
1 lg. head lettuce, torn
1 lb. fresh spinach, torn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas (do not cook)
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
6 eggs, hard cooked & sliced
1 bunch green onions, sliced

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® salad dressing mix

Layer ingredients (except dressing) in a large bowl in the order given. Mix dressing ingredients together and spread in a layer over salad. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Toss before serving.
