HOT CLAM AND CHEESE FONDUE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 c. milk or clam juice
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 can clams
2 tbsp. cooking sherry or dry white wine (optional)
1 loaf French bread

In pan over medium heat, melt cream cheese, garlic, milk and/or clam juice (I use both). Add Parmesan cheese, clams, sherry or wine. Break up French bread and enjoy!
