CHEESE AND OLIVE FONDUE 
5 slices bread
2 tbsp. softened butter
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
1 c. shredded cheeses, cheddar best for tang
3 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
2/3 c. water
2 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Spread bread with butter and cut into cubes. Place 1/2 of buttered bread cubes in bottom of baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Cover with layer of olives and 1`/2 cheese. Then remaining bread cubes and top with rest of olives and cheese.

Beat eggs; add milk, water, onion and mustard. Pour over ingredients in baking dish. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.

Serve with a nice salad of greens for complete meal.
