CORNBREAD DRESSING 
4 bunches green onions, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
18 eggs, boiled and chopped
1 box seasoned croutons
4 pieces bread
1 c. celery, chopped
5 pkg. cornbread, cooked
5 cans chicken broth
2 c. instant rice, cooked
poultry seasoning
salt and pepper

Break up cornbread in large pot. Add croutons and bread. Sauté vegetables with chicken broth. Add chopped boiled eggs to cornbread, croutons and bread. Add cooked rice. Add some turkey stock. Add sautéed vegetables and seasonings.

Bake.
