LAYERED SALAD 
Shredded lettuce
4 boiled eggs, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
1/2 purple onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. raw frozen green peas
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

Topping:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
grated cheddar cheese

Start with shredded lettuce in bottom. Arrange each ingredient in the order listed above.

Mix topping ingredients together and pour over salad. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Refrigerate.
