SAUSAGE POTATO BAKE 
2 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry au gratin potatoes
1 med. onion, sliced into wedges
4 c. boiling water
10 oz. frozen peas, thawed
1 3/4 c. milk
1 lb. kielbasa sausage

In 3 quart casserole dish combine potatoes and sauce mix and onion. Stir in water and milk. Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover, stir in peas and cut up kielbasa. Bake uncovered 1/2 hour.
