HAM PATTIES | |
2 lbs. cured ham 1 lb. fresh shoulder 1/2 lb. beef 4 eggs 3 c. milk 3 c. Post Toasties Meats should be ground together. Mix in remaining ingredients. Make into 2"x3" patties. (may be frozen until ready to use.) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. About 15 minutes before done, mix 1/4 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 3 tablespoons prepared mustard and pour over top of patties. |
