SAUSAGE QUICHE 
Frozen pie shell
1 lb. sausage
3 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Bake pie shell 5 minutes and cool. Brown sausage and drain. Combine eggs, milk, and seasoning. Beat lightly and pour in sausage. Sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese over pastry shell. Top with sausage mixture. Sprinkle with other 3/4 cup cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until set.
