BAKED MASHED POTATOES 
5 lb. Idaho potatoes
1/4 lb. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Milk to consistency

Peel, cook and prepare mashed potatoes to a thinner than normal consistency. With electric mixer, add cream cheese and mix in thoroughly. Place in large baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered until hot.
