TEXAS HASH 
3 tbsp. Crisco oil
2 green peppers (optional)
2 lg. onions
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. cooked tomatoes
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Heat oil in skillet. Saute pepper and onions until tender. Add hamburger and cook until no longer pink. Add tomatoes, rice and seasonings. Arrange in baking dish and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until bread crumbs are brown.
