DOUBLE BERRY JAM | |
1 qt. fresh blueberries 1 qt. fresh red raspberries 7 c. sugar Measure 4 cups berries into large saucepan (add water if necessary to make 4 cups), add 7 cups sugar. Heat to a full rolling boil and boil hard for one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in 3 ounces liquid pectin. Skim. Pour into 8 hot sterilized 1/2 pint jars. Seal at once. |
