HAMBURG SOUP 
1 sm. onion
1 sm. green pepper
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. crushed red pepper
2 tbsp. sugar
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (14 oz.) can B & M baked beans
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni

Saute 1 small onion and 1 small green pepper (chopped small) in 3 tablespoons olive oil. Saute on low flame until tender. Add 1 pound ground beef to onions and peppers. Brown hamburger.

Add 16 ounce tomato sauce and 4 cans water. Add 1 (14 ounce) can B & M baked beans, 2 tablespoons crushed red hot pepper, 2 tablespoons sugar - bring to boil. Add 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni. Cook another 30 minutes. Serves 6.
