2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. dessicated coconut

Cream brown sugar and butter. Add eggs and dry ingredients, mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake in 350 degree oven for 6 or 7 minutes.
