KAHLUA PECAN PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. Kahlua
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Pecan halves

Chill pie shell. Set oven at 400 F. Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla and flour. Mix well. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in Kahlua, corn syrup, evaporated milk and pecans. Mix well.

Pour into pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Then reduce heat to 325 F. and bake until firm (about 40 minutes). Chill. When ready to serve, garnish with cream and pecan halves. 8 servings.
