KAHLUA ICE CREAM PIE 
1 (9 inch) chocolate pie shell
1 qt. coffee ice cream (soft)
1/4 c. Kahlua
Chocolate frosting
1/2 c. pecan halves

Mix Kahlua with ice cream. Spread softened ice cream mixture into pie shell. Freeze until firm. Spread chocolate frosting over frozen ice cream and garnish with pecan halves. Freeze. Thaw slightly to serve.

Frosting: Melt 2 squares unsweetened chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from heat. Beat in 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Add 1 tablespoon Kahlua. Add 1 egg and 3 tablespoons soft butter. Beat until smooth. Yield: one 9-inch pie.
