KAHLUA PECAN PIE 
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. kahlua
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. whole or chopped pecans
9 inch pie crust, chilled

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream together the butter, sugar, vanilla and flour. Mix well. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in Kahlua, corn syrup, evaporated milk and pecans. Mix well. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake until firm (about 40 minutes). Chill. When ready to serve, garnish with whipped cream and pecan halves.
