COCONUT PECAN PIE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. light brown sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, broken
1 pie shell

Cream butter; add sugar and syrup. Add eggs, vanilla, and salt. Blend well. Add coconut and pecans; pour into pie shell. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
