WILD MEAT CHILI 
1 lb. wild meat hamburger
1 lb. wild meat, steak, stew meat, etc. diced
1 garlic clove
1 lg. onion
2 qts. pinto beans
6 green chilis
1 bell pepper
1 tbsp. diced jalapenos
1 qt. tomato juice

Cook pinto beans with ham hocks or bacon. Cook wild meat in skillet approximately 15 minutes. Salt to taste, coarse black pepper to taste, garlic to taste--diced cloves ok. 1 teaspoon sugar, coriander (cilantro) to taste, a pinch. To cooked meat add onion, diced, cook for 5 more minutes. Add green chilis, bell pepper, jalapeno and cook for 15 more minutes. Add tomato juice and simmer some more. Add mix to pinto beans. Simmer until ready to serve-- better the next day. Serves six hungry folks.
