CAMP DEER MEAT CHILI | |
1/2 med. onion, diced 2 tbsp. grease Chili meat 3 tbsp. chili blend Vera's Directions: You can add 1/2 pound of hamburger meat to each one of those deer chili meat packages we gave you if you want to - I think the deer meat alone makes good chili. Sear 1/2 medium onion, diced, in 2 tablespoons grease. Add chili meat and let brown slightly in grease. Salt and pepper to taste. After you add chili, blend about 3 tablespoons to begin with, then add to suit your taste. Cover with water and let simmer; boil slowly for 25 to 30 minutes. (Side of paper note:) Sprinkle a little minced garlic, too. |
