NEOPOLITAN GREEN BEAN SALAD 
2 cans wax beans, drained
3 cans Blue Lake cut green beans, drained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fresh black pepper
1/4 tsp. Italian red pepper
1 tsp. oregano
4 tbsp. salad oil (1/2 olive oil, 1/2 salad oil)
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 sm. cloves garlic, crushed
1 can pitted black olives, drained/sliced
2 sm. sliced onions, thin or red Italian onions (optional)
1 jar sliced pimiento, drained (optional) (to add color)

Add salt, pepper, red pepper, oregano, oil, vinegar, garlic and blend in bowl or blender. Pour over beans, onions, black olives and pimiento. Mix and marinate overnight or for 1-3 hours.
