FRITO PIE 
4 c. corn chips
2/3 c. chopped onion
19 oz. can chili (without beans)
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese

2 1/2 cups corn chips

Onions

3/4 cup cheese, then chili

Top with corn chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake 5 minutes more. Garnish with sour cream and ripe olives. Serves 4-5.
