SWEET & SOUR PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops (about 1 lb.)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
1/2 c. drained pineapple chunks
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Brown chops on both sides. Pour off drippings. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chops. Cook uncovered 45 minutes or until tender. Spoon sauce over chops often. Remove chops, cook sauce until thickened. Serve over chops.
