GERMAN FRIED POTATOES | |
6 or 8 potatoes, cooked and sliced 4 strips bacon, diced 1/4 c. celery, sliced 1/4 c. onion, diced 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped Paprika Parmesan cheese Fry bacon until crisp. Remove and set aside. Saute celery, onions and peppers in bacon drippings. Add potatoes and fried bacon. Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika. Brown potatoes and keep turning and adding paprika and Parmesan until all potatoes are covered. Cover and cook over low flame for 1 hour - turning occasionally. |
