FUDGE ECSTASIES 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, 2 c.
2 squares unsweetened chocolate (2 ounces)
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

In a heavy medium saucepan heat 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces, all of the unsweetened chocolate and butter over low heat until melted, stirring constantly. Transfer to a large bowl; cool slightly. Stir together flour, baking powder, and a dash of salt. Add eggs, sugar, and vanilla to chocolate mixture; beat well. Add flour mixture; beat until well mixed. Stir in remaining chocolate pieces and nuts.

Drop by heaping teaspoons onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven 8-10 minutes or until edges are firm and surface is dull and cracked. Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute, then remove and cool thoroughly. Makes about 36.
