HOT AND SPICY ARTICHOKE SPREAD | |
1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies 1 clove minced garlic Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Place into 9 inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with crackers or breadsticks. |
