CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. whipped topping
1 c. chocolate chips
1 graham cracker pie crust

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping and chocolate chips. Spoon into crust and chill for 4 hours until set.

Note: Can easily be made "lite" by using lite sour cream and lite whipped topping. Fat-free does not work well in this recipe.

Also good with crushed Oreo cookies in place of chocolate chips and a pre-made chocolate crust.
