BARBECUE SPARERIBS 
2 lb. country style spareribs
1 sm. clove garlic
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2/3 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. pineapple juice
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Put ribs in a single layer in pan. Broil on all sides until brown. Drain off grease. Bring all other ingredients to a boil in sauce pan, stirring occasionally. Pour over ribs and bake uncovered at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. Spoon sauce over ribs frequently during cooking period.
