BIG MAMA'S BBQ SAUCE 
3 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Few dashes Tabasco, to your taste

Mix well stirring frequently until sugar dissolves over medium heat. To above mixture add the following:

2 bottles catsup (large)
Generous portions of ground black pepper
1/4 stick butter
1/3 to 1/2 c. garlic flakes (to your taste)
1/2 to 1 c. onion flakes (to your taste)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Simmer while stirring frequently over medium low heat approximately 30 minutes. Can be used immediately but is best if kept at least a week before using.
