ELENA'S CHOCOLATE COVERED
SALTINES
 
1 box saltines (35)
2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. peanut butter chips

Line jelly roll pan with foil and lay crackers over bottom. Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in sugar and boil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over crackers evenly. Bake 7 to 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan and sprinkle with chips. Let sit for 5 minutes the spread, blend and smooth chips. Put in freezer for 1 hour. Take out and break into pieces. Keep refrigerated.
