CHOCOLATE COVERED CRACKERS 
Saltine crackers
1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
12 oz. chocolate chips

Line jelly roll pan with foil. Fill bottom with Saltine crackers; place as close together as you can. Melt 1 stick butter. Add 1/2 cup brown sugar. Pour this over the crackers. Spread with a knife. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees or until light brown and bubbly. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with 1 (12 ounce) bag chocolate chips. When they melt, spread evenly with a knife. Cool; break apart. Enjoy.
