4 lbs. sweet potatoes or yams, cooked, peeled and mashed
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter (1 stick melted)
1/4 c. sherry
1/4 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. In large bowl, combine potatoes, honey, butter, sherry, pineapple juice, brown sugar, and salt. Mix well. Spoon into prepared casserole and top with marshmallows. Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
