5 - 6 potatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can Rotel tomatoes Grated cheese Peel and quarter potatoes, boil until almost tender, drain. Place in casserole dish. In sauce pan add soup and tomatoes. Heat thoroughly. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top and put into 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes until bubbly. |
