1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 lg. can Hershey chocolate syrup
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine and cream well the butter and sugar. Add eggs; beat well. Add chocolate syrup, flour and nuts. Put in jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Combine sugar, butter and milk. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Beat until smooth.
