1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. curry
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 chicken cut up

Mix first five ingredients. Dip chicken pieces into egg and then in chip mixture. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
