CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. corn meal (self-rising)
1 c. flour (self-rising)
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Wesson oil

Mix well together.

Bake at 425°F for 30 to 35 minutes.

Bakes great in iron frying pan.
