PUMPKIN SPICE BREAD 
3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two (9 x 5 x 3-inch) loaf pans. Mix flour, cinnamon, cloves, allspice and nutmeg. Combine sugar, oil and eggs; beat until well blended. Add pumpkin; blend well. Pour batter into prepared pans.

Bake for 55 minutes or until done. Cool in pans for 15 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on wire rack.

Makes 2 loaves.
