ZUCCHINI SQUASH BREAD 
3 c. self rising flour
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. zucchini squash (rind and all) grated
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. allspice

Mix by hand. Bake in 9x13 pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
