MAMA'S ZUCCHINI SQUASH BREAD 
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. Crisco shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. peeled and shredded zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream together first 4 ingredients. Sift dry ingredients. Mix together with nuts and squash. Pour into well greased Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
