MICROWAVE FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 jar (10 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Use container 2-3 times larger than necessary and cook on medium high temperature. Combine sugar, butter and milk in large glass mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 5 minutes, stir and continue cooking 5 more minutes, stir in chocolate pieces, marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla. Pour in buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
