MICROWAVE FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. stick butter
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips or peanut butter chips
1 (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Microwave butter in 4-quart bowl or casserole on high for 1 minute or until melted. Add sugar and milk. Mix well. Microwave 5 minutes or until mixture comes to a full rolling boil, stirring thoroughly after 3 minutes.

Mix well, scraping sides of bowl. Continue microwaving 5 1/2 minutes, mixing well and scraping bowl after 3 minutes. Stir in chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients, beat until well blended. Pour into 13 x 9 inch greased pan. Cool to room temperature before cutting.
