FRENCH BREAD TWISTS 
2 lb. 3 oz. flour
2 c. water
2 packets of yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. water

Mix water with yeast. Add to flour, salt and water. Work to dry dough. Roll on long hot dog like rolls. Let rise and bake at 405 degrees for 25 minutes. Brush with liquid butter when done.
