QUICK FRUIT COBBLER | |
1/2 c. sugar (or 2/3 c. honey) 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/3 stick butter 6 tbsp. milk Any pie filling Make a paste with the flour, sugar and baking powder. Melt butter in bottom of the baking dish. Spread paste on top of butter and spread pie filling on top of paste. Bake at 425 degrees for just about 15 minutes. You can use fresh fruit or canned but you will need to cook it down until it is tender. |
