BOB ANDY PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and set aside. In another mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, melted butter and vanilla. Pour in dry ingredients and beat until blended. Pour in pastry shell.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes or knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

The pie will puff up as it bakes and fall after it is removed from the oven. It is best at room temperature. Store any leftovers in refrigerator.
