TERIYAKI SHISH-KA-BOB MARINADE 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 mashed cloves garlic
1 tbsp. fresh grated ginger root
2 tbsp. sherry

1. Combine ingredients.

2. Marinate beef or chicken 4-12 hours covered in refrigerator.

3. Put on skewers with onion, pepper and other vegetable you like. Cook over charcoal or gas grill. Serve with wild rice.
